Hi, I'm Sierra.

I believe every person carries deep potential, and that the right support can help bring it to life. My approach to coaching is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational, because meaningful growth happens in the context of feeling seen, understood, and supported.

With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and certification as a Christian Counselor, I bring both professional training and genuine care to each session. I integrate evidence-based techniques with my clients’ personal values and beliefs, including faith when it is meaningful to them. This allows our work together to be both grounded in proven methods and aligned with what matters most to you.

My Approach

I draw from approaches such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and systems thinking to help clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and create lasting change.

I’ve also walked through my own seasons of anxiety, uncertainty, and unanswered questions, which gives me a deep respect for how hard growth can be. You don’t have to navigate it alone. It would be an honor to come alongside you and support you in your journey.

Philippians 4:6-7

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
